Two weekends ago Dale and I ran in the 5K Unity Run benefiting Envision Opelika. This was a fun and laid back little race. It was Dale's first 5K since high school and he did awesome... especially considering he had only run TWICE the week before and the race route was pretty hilly. I'm so proud of him! Since the race we have been running together pretty regularly and I'm loving every minute of it!
Later that afternoon we headed to Montgomery for Adeline and Max's Birthday Party. The kids had a blast riding ponies, hayrides, four wheelers and fishing in the Ferrell's pond...
