Since Georgia's birthday party, several of you have asked for this recipe so here it is. This was given to me by one of my mom's friends who tailgates with us. I don't know the real name of this addicting sweet treat (if you know please tell me), but for now we call it Pony Food :) Enjoy!
Pony Food
5 cups rice krispies cereal
1 pkg. mini marshmallows (4 cups)
2 cups peanuts
1 12 oz jar creamy peanut butter (melted on low defrost in the microwave until you can pour it)
2 pkg of white chocolate morsels melted, plus 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Mix together rice krispies, marshmallows peanuts and melted peanut butter. Stir until coated. Melt white chocolate chips and oil. Pour over mixture and stir to coat. Spread onto wax-paper lined jelly roll pans (2). Chill in refrigerator until hardened. Break into large pieces and serve! Yummy!
