Unto us a Savior is Born

I hope everyone had a wonderful and blessed Christmas...we sure did!!

My grandparents with their great-grandchildren. Every Christmas Eve we attend the Christmas Eve service at church and then have dinner with my dad's side of the family. It was special having my grandfather there since he has been sick and going through chemo treatments.

Christmas morning checking out what Santa brought

Bippity Boppity Boo!!

This stuffed Aubie was a special gift from my dad. It's only one of two ever made by the man who makes the actual Aubie costumes.

A new Minnie Mouse dress! the old one was so worn that it was literally shredded to pieces. If you can't tell, we are all into costumes and dressing up! This is what she wears 24/7 when we're at home.

My brother proposed to Rachel Christmas morning in the snow in Nashville! He was so nervous he dropped the ring in the snow (but soon found it). She said YES and they are getting married this June! Two very special weddings in one year for the Brown family!!

Christmas evening we went to Sylacauga for a wonderful Christmas dinner with Dale's family...

The next morning the kids were dying to play in the snow so Nanie pulled out several bins and bags full of old ski clothes from the 80s. As you can tell from the following photos, everyone had a ball playing dress up...
