Every Christmas Eve we go to the candlelight church service (this year it was truly a candlelight service since the power was out) and then we meet up with my dad's side of the family for a wonderful Christmas dinner.

Christmas Morning...

Santa came!!

Still waking up

Testing his new sleeping bag

Nanie & Pop were so sweet to come down and spend Christmas morning with us.

Later Christmas morning with my family...

The Brown/Vaughn Family

Georgia LOVES her new kitty that my mom gave her. She named it DONKEY!! This cat looks and acts so real! When it's turned on (not very often) it meows and licks its paw at random times. It has freaked me out several times!

They were so excited about their big gift from my parents - a John Deere "Gator"

I like this picture because Georgia is whispering something in Tripp's ear. I have no idea what she said... probably "go faster"!
Later that afternoon we visited with my mom's side of the family for dessert and coffee. We took a family picture, but I don't have it yet. Aunt Mariele, if you are reading this please send me the pic we took with your camera :)
Christmas evening at the Vaughns in Sylacauga...

Tripp's new cool ride from Nanie & Pop
It was a long and eventful day, but we had such a wonderful and blessed Christmas!
